In a thrilling announcement that has sent shockwaves through the global anime fan base, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has revealed plans to construct the world's first-ever Dragon Ball theme park. This park — part of the ambitious Qiddiya City project — promises to transport fans of the anime series into a world of adventure.

Spread across 500,000 square metres, the Dragon Ball theme park will consist of seven distinct areas. From Kame House to Capsule Corporation and Beerus's Planet, visitors will find themselves immersed in the world of Dragon Ball from the moment they step foot into the park.

With over 30 rides and experiences, and five state-of-the-art attractions, you'll embark on an unforgettable journey alongside Goku and his friends. This park will also house a thrilling roller coaster, offering fans a chance to soar through the skies just like their favourite Dragon Ball characters. Towering above them all is the majestic Shenron statue, standing at a staggering height of 70 metres.

To ensure you can fully immerse yourself in the Dragon Ball experience, the park will also feature a range of amenities including themed hotels and restaurants. Whether indulging in delicious dishes inspired by the series or spending the night in accommodations straight from the screen, you will find every aspect of your visit tailored to your passion for the series.

The decision to build the world's only Dragon Ball theme park holds even greater significance in light of the recent passing of the series' creator, Akira Toriyama. His legacy continues to resonate with millions of fans worldwide, and the announcement of the construction of this theme park serves as a fitting tribute.

Qiddiya City is a 40-minute drive from Riyadh and will be an entertainment hub. Spanning 360 kilometres, it will include 25 new neighbourhoods. At its heart are 27 attractions and 12 theme parks including the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Stadium, Qiddiya Water Park, Six Flags Qiddiya and the recently announced Speed Park Track.
