Saudi Arabia is filled with exciting new hotels, from openings in Riyadh to the Red Sea. Now, Kerten Hospitality has announced that it is expanding its House Residence brand to Oxagon, NEOM, and bringing two Cloud7 hotels to Abha.
Scheduled to open in 2025, House Residence will combine a hotel with residences, offices and recreational facilities. The hotel in Oxagon aims to integrate itself within the community, and the offering will be available for short- or long-term stays. The development will contain 200-unit serviced apartments, shops and sports facilities.
Abha Rooh Resort and The Wellness Hotel Abha have been created under the Cloud7 brand. Abha Rooh Resort is an eco-friendly lifestyle destination. The hotel includes 70 villas, which are aimed at the green-conscious traveller. The restaurant will offer a farm-to-table experience, and the state-of-the-art business facilities encourage guests to stay longer for a workcation.
At the heart of Abha Asheer is wellness. Boasting mountain views, the venue includes organic food, two pools, a spa and gym. Guests can choose between 89 rooms or villas, three restaurants and unwind in style.
In 2023, Kerten Hospitality Group announced The Collective in Saudi Arabia. This initiative includes more than 12 projects, and focuses on creating a sustainable tourism experience. Plus, in January 2024, the group opened the boutique hotel Dar Tantora in AlUla.
