Saudi Arabia’s SHADA Hotels expands in Dubai and Jeddah



SHADA Jumeirah Garden is open, and SHAHDA Downtown is opening soon.

SHADA Hotels prides itself on offering a hospitality experience with a difference. Drawing inspiration from each destination’s cultural heritage, it is bringing a local touch to Dubai and Jeddah. SHADA Jumeirah Garden in Dubai is in its soft opening phase, and SHADA Downtown in Jeddah will open in 2025.

Saudi Arabia is home to international and local hotel brands. The Saudi Arabian-born SHADA Hotels has been operating for more than 20 years. The family-owned boutique hotel business prides itself on its roots and community spirit. The experiences aim to offer an authentic and affordable stay and are directly inspired by local culture.

SHADA Jumeirah Garden in Dubai will host its grand opening after Ramadan. When you enter, the statement on the wall reads: “A curated feeling of home”. The hotel has charming and cosy touches, which give it a community feel.

In the lounge, shelves are stacked with pretty plant pots, soft seats, and books. The books range from Saudi Arabia: Flower Men to guides on the Middle East. Plus, in its effort to keep things local, the hotel is home to a café from the Emirati brand Mirzam.

If you want to get an idea of what to expect from SHADA Hotels, SHADA Al Shate’a is already open in Jeddah. The design combines a local yet modern touch with calligraphy art, patterned cushions, and rattan lamps. Room options include a King Room, Twin Room, Junior Room, Executive Room, and One-Bedroom Suite. Plus, the facilities include a gym, pool, meeting room, rooftop lounge, and cinema.
